How do I place an order?
It's easy, we'll help you! First, click on the product image or product name to view the item details. To add an item to your order, enter the quantity you wish to purchase into the Quantity box then click the Add to Cart button.

When you are ready to checkout, you can click the Checkout Now button and fill out the Contact Information. You will have an option to Continue to Shipping or Return to Cart.

What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to ship out.     

How do I track my order?
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days please email us at orders@millow.us                                  

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include a name and order number on the returned parcels.

Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at orders@millow.us. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How much is shipping?
Great news! We offer FREE shipping on orders over $25.

How long does shipping take?
All orders are shipped with UPS Ground and shipping times vary based on your location. The average shipping time will be 3-5 business days.

Is the information I give you secure?
All orders are encrypted with a security system on both your end and ours. Your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, will be kept safe so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

How do I mix and match throw pillows?
Step 1. Choose a "color story" to follow for your pillow section.

Step 2. Mix and match three different patterns, as long as each pattern incorporates at least one of the colors in your color story.

Step 3. Choose patterns in three different scales, allowing one pattern to dominate.

Step 4. Rules are made to be broken - so remember to have fun! Ultimately, it's only important that you like what you see, so use this Rule of Three only as a jumping-off-point for guidance.

How do I get my pillow cover to look plump?
We recommend filling your pillow cover with an insert that is 1-2" larger than the pillow size to give it that extra oomph! Nobody wants a saggy pillow :(

How do I clean the pillow cover?
Our pillows are mostly machine washable using warm water in a gentle/delicate cycle, BUT we highly suggest spot cleaning to keep its original quality.

If the pillow smells musty, we suggest spraying a light mist of vinegar over the pillow, then wipe it down with a mild dish soap solution and white cloth or a sponge. If spot remains, wipe them with rubbing alcohol on the top of a cotton swab. Air out the pillow case for a day or longer, if possible, in non-humid conditions to help remove lingering odors.

Can I wash the pillow insert?
Pillow covers must be washed alone as bacteria could get into the feather fill inserts when wet. Some types of feathers naturally have an odor, but to get rid of the smell, sprinkle baking soda on the pillows and air them out outdoors once in a while. The baking soda helps remove odors, while the fresh air removes moisture that leads to odors.
